Meet Snow Girl 2008!

  

Can you believe that a true Southern girl and native Atlantan has switched from “beach bunny” to “snow bunny”? In the past, you would never catch me on a “cold” vacation and certainly not where there was snow. I’ll take the beautiful crisp air of the Rockies over the sweltering heat of the beach any day! I owe this love of skiing to my boss, Dr. Gregg Codelli (a Double Board Certified Periodontist/Implantologist in Atlanta, North Georgia and North Carolina Mountains) who “forced” me to attend a conference in Aspen/ Snowmass, Colorado. By the way, just like the Ski Club, I do more than skiing…hiking, biking, white water rafting, camping, exotic traveling and socializing! As a volunteer ambassador for the Atlanta Ski Club I hope to promote the Club, skiing and increase our involvement with charitable groups and functions. As a member of the Ski Club I have met a lot of great people. I encourage new members to join whether it be for the activities or just to meet friends for life.
 
 

Contest Rules and Guidelines:

Must be a member of the Atlanta Ski Club and at least 21 years of age.  To become a member simply follow the instructions on the membership page

By submitting a photo, you grant the Atlanta Ski Club the right to publish submitted photo(s), your name, city, and any captions submitted to the Atlanta Ski Club website and/or marketing materials. Slight photo alterations may be made by our contractors in order to fit our site or email correspondence properly.

The Snow Girl is chosen by a selected panel of member judges and will be judged on the following:

 

• Appearance

• Charisma

• Expression

• Image concept/setting

• That special something

Please understand the judges have a difficult job. Choices are tough and subjective. All Decisions are final.

The Atlanta Ski Club reserves all right to refuse any photograph that they define as unacceptable.

If a professional photo is submitted, The Atlanta Ski Club will not be held harmful. It is recommended that you receive rights to use the photo prior to submission.

Winner will be announced 10-14 days after winning photo has been selected. Winner will be informed via email.

This contest is void where prohibited by law. The contestants assume the total responsibility of knowing that they reside in a state that prohibits photo contests and are subject to any local, state or national laws. The Atlanta Ski club accepts no responsibility for making these individual legal determinations.

Mail in Submissions will be subject to the following guidelines: 1. We are not responsible for lost or damaged photos. 2. Mailed in photos must be no larger than 5" x 7". 3. Photos will be returned if a self-addressed stamped envelope is included with the mail in entry. Winners' photos will not be returned, due to possible publishing use. 4. Mailed in Pictures must be accompanied by the following items which will allow us to place the photos in the proper member account. a. Member Account Email Addresses and password (for authentication purposes), Name and 500 word or less bio. Address: 6255 Barfield Rd, Suite 206, Atlanta, GA 30328.
